NFS ought to be listening on TCP port 2049

Description

This message appears if NFS is unavailable.

Impact

• Incoming results from data collectors will not be forwarded to database nodes for storage, resulting in no new data being processed

Cause

• NFS is misconfigured

• NFS is not running

• The FMOS machine is not healthy (e.g. low disk space, out of memory)

Resolution

• Ensure the FMOS machine is in a healthy state

• Apply configuration policy via the fmos redeploy command

• If the above steps do not fix the problem, contact FireMon support
