Summary
The nfs-ganesha service is not running because it has crashed.
Description
The nfs-ganesha service is part of the FireMon Security Intelligence Platform Database Server (DB) role on machines operating in multi-database mode. It is responsible for sharing the clustered filesystem with Application Server (AS) machines. This error indicates that the service is not running because it was explicitly requested to stop.
Impact
If the nfs-ganesha service is not running, Application Server machines will not be able to access the shared filesystem. Security Manager will not be able to read or write shared data, such as normalized device configuration files.
Cause
There are many reasons the nfs-ganesha service may have crashed. These range from system resource constraints (e.g. it was killed by the Out-of-Memory (OOM) killer or there was insufficient disk space) to network issues to internal software errors.
Resolution
