An "SSH Key Changed" error occurs when an SSH key stored on a data collector no longer matches the one presented by the device. This can be due to a software update on the device, hardware change, etc.
To address this issue and clear the existing SSH key, complete the following steps.
- From the Administration section, edit the device
- Expand the Advanced section
- Enabled this option.
- Save the changes
- Perform a new device retrieval
