Occasionally FireMon will request support files from your device to assist in troubleshooting an issue.
To get the Support Files, please open Security Manager, then select or navigate to the device.
From the device page, click Change on the blue menu bar.
Then Revisions on the white menu.
The most recent revision will be at the top of the list, click the hamburger icon on the right and select "Export Support Files".
Please provide that file for testing. It is a zip file containing both the raw and normalized data files from the device.
