User is trying the run the fmos update command on the CLI without specifying a source. By default, the server will try to pull down the latest version from the FireMon download server. Before doing this, it will present an SSL certificate to the download server.
- Run the fmos enable-updates command from the CLI and follow the prompts. This will regenerate the SSL certificate. The command parameters can be found below:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
Control color in output
--quiet, -q Suppress informational messages
- Run the fmos update command again
Note: It is recommended that you have a backup stored off the server before proceeding in case anything goes wrong with the update.
