Without an active Support Contract, you will get a disclaimer that your license has expired within the FireMon WebUI, but you will still be able to view historical data which was received prior to license expiration. Without an active license you will no longer be able to:
- Utilize our Support desk to help troubleshoot and answer questions related to your FireMon product
- Have access to your assigned Customer Success Manager
- Access the FireMon customer web portal, User Center, which means you won’t have access to:
- Download our latest code releases and take advantage of new functionality
- View Administration and Install guides for our product suite
- Review FireMon Knowledge Base Articles
