SSH retrievals may not work after either upgrading to or for a new install of FMOS 9.3 and later.
This is due to Cipher and Algorithms for SSH v2 that are no longer considered secure by the Open SSH community and have been removed from the default option.
To resolve this issue, please edit the device and expand the Advanced section.
Then check this option, Enable Deprecated Ciphers and Algorithms.
Saving the changes should start a new retrieval.
This setting enables extra ciphers and algorithms for the ssh connection.
Here is an example.
/usr/bin/ssh -p 22 cisco@10.250.0.190 -o KexAlgorithms=+diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha1,diffie-hellman-group1-sha1 -o HostKeyAlgorithms=+ssh-dss -o Ciphers=+aes128-cbc,aes192-cbc,aes256-cbc,3des-cbc
